Former Head of R&D and Innovation at Mossad and former senior defense representative in Washington, D.C., with 20+ years across intelligence, defense R&D, AI, and U.S.–Israeli defense collaboration.
Merav Davidovits is a Partner at Aurelius Capital with over two decades of experience across intelligence, defense R&D, AI integration, and venture capital. Until January 2025 she served as Head of the R&D and Innovation Division at Mossad, where she defined strategic technological priorities and oversaw the organization's venture investments.
Earlier she served as Israel's senior defense representative in Washington, D.C., managing joint U.S.–Israeli missile defense programs and securing congressional funding for Iron Dome, David's Sling, and the Arrow systems. She also held senior leadership roles at Elbit Systems, directing AI and C4ISR software integration. She holds an M.Sc. from Afeka College, an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and a B.Sc. from the Technion.
